This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us, and what rights you have under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

1. Who is responsible

2. Visiting the website

When you open this website, your browser automatically sends technical information to the server that hosts it: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. The hosting provider uses this information to deliver the website and keep it secure, and may keep it in short-lived server logs. We do not use it to identify you.

3. Cookies, tracking and fonts

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or social media plugins, and we do not track you across websites.

The puck game runs entirely in your browser. Nothing about it is sent to us.

Our fonts are served from our own website, so no request is made to Google or any other font service.

4. Launch notification

If you enter your email address to be notified, we add it to our launch list, which is run by MailerLite (see section 6). We may first send you an email asking you to confirm your address. MailerLite records when you signed up and confirmed, so we can show that you agreed.

We use your address only to tell you when puxx launches and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. MailerLite may record whether you open our emails and click their links, so we can see that they arrive. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or we no longer need it for this purpose. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or write to contact@puxx.ch.

5. Contacting us by email

If you write to us, we process your email address, name and the content of your message to answer you. We keep the correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.

6. Service providers and disclosure abroad

We use service providers for hosting and email. They process data only on our behalf and according to our instructions. Our launch list is run by MailerLite Limited, 88 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, Ireland, which stores the data in the European Union; Switzerland recognises EU countries as providing adequate data protection. Other providers may store data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Where a country does not offer adequate data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

7. Your rights

Under the FADP you can:

• ask whether we process data about you, and receive a copy of it;
• have incorrect data corrected;
• have your data deleted, or object to its processing;
• receive data you gave us in a common electronic format, where applicable.

Write to contact@puxx.ch. We may ask you to confirm your identity. If you think we are handling your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC / EDÖB), www.edoeb.admin.ch.

8. Security

The website is meant to be delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the website changes, for example when the shop opens. The version published here applies.
